Recipe - Jap Chae - Korean Sweet Potato Noodles
Ingredients for Chap Chae Recipe:1. Sweet potato noodle 200g
2. Beef 130g(need to marinate with soya+1 teaspoon of garlic+a bit of chopped ginger+half teaspoon of sugar+pepper)
3. Onion half
4. Red pepper half
5 .Yellow pepper half
6. Carrot half
7. Spinach 80g(need to boil just little bit and then season with 1 tea spoon of soya and tiny bit of sugar)
8. Crushed garlic1tablespoon
9. Sesame oil 2 tablespoon
10. 4 tablespoon soya
11. 1 table spoon brown sugar
12. Black pepper and salt
13. Sesame
14. Sunflower oil to fry veges
15. Egg(but it takes so much time to prepare for u as a horrible amateur ^^*)-so ignore it!!!
*you can also use prawn or squid instead of beef, depends on what your title is,if u wanna make sea food japchae then u can use prawn and squid both. Also you can use pork, but that not posh^^*,beef is more original way to use^^*
Cooking Process for Chap Chae:1: leave noodles in water for 20min till get soft
2: Cut all the veges thin and long including beef (but only spiniach need to boil and season) and fry them up with sunflower oil, most important thing is you must fry separately of each vegetable and meat (to keep own their coloure, this is key point for chap-chae, art of coloure!!! mustn't forget^^*) when you fry them, do season with black pepper and salt, but don't fry them too long.
3: Boil the noodle in boiling water but till not too soft, coz will fry them up again later and then strain water and leave noodle in colandar
4: Put number 8 on hot frying pan and then put boilded noodle (if it stuck each other then use rinse with water) and all prepared veges with number 10+11+12 and you can add for extra ingredient for your taste, soya, sugar, etc...) and then fry them for while(mixing them properly)
5: When it finished, put number 9 quickly and garnish with number 13

6: Looking at them for 1min... coz it's art!!! and eat them up
